It all began with a simple question from Abhishek, a question that would change the course of their lives and the lives of countless others. He asked a friend if she knew anyone involved in Alzheimer's Dementia research or care, and as fate would have it, she did. She e-introduced Abhishek to Sahar.

For Abhishek, this quest was deeply personal. His own mother was battling Alzheimer's dementia, and he had left his job in the United States to return to India and provide her with the best in-home care possible. He poured his heart and soul into caring for his beloved mother, and during this time, he realized his passion for making a difference in the lives of Alzheimer's patients.

Back in the States, Abhishek was on a mission. He was not only motivated by his personal connection but also by the realization that he, too, was at risk for Alzheimer's. In his heart, he knew that early detection was the key to making a meaningful impact on this devastating disease.

Their first conversation was transformative. Sahar shared her deep-rooted commitment to helping those affected by Alzheimer's Dementia, expressing her vision of creating an ecosystem where anyone could regularly test and monitor their memory performance. Her dream was to develop a platform that could not only monitor memory but also detect the early stages of Alzheimer's and minimum cognitive impairment and also provide them with personalized cognitive training and care. Her mission was from early detection to care and cure over time!

As if guided by destiny, Abhishek's vision perfectly aligned with Sahar's mission. It was a match made in heaven.

What started as a plan for monthly calls quickly evolved into weekly meetings. Their synergy was undeniable. Sahar's extensive background in neuroscience combined seamlessly with Abhishek's expertise in software engineering. Together, they hatched a groundbreaking idea: an AI-based platform to track memory performance as early as 30 years old.

Their dedication and shared vision were unwavering. During a marathon seven-hour call, the concept of Alzo Health was born.

In that moment, their journey began - a journey fueled by compassion, driven by innovation, and dedicated to transforming the lives of those impacted by Alzheimer's Dementia. Sahar and Abhishek embarked on a mission to make early detection and proactive care accessible to all.
